HowdyCard is an innovative provider of 3D greeting e-card on the Internet. This Overall Privacy Statement discloses the privacy practices for the entire howdycard.com website.

2. Information Collection and Use

A. What information does howdycard.com collect?

We collect user personal information during registration and contact list management to provide you the best HowdyCard service. This information includes emails, name, birthday, nationality, friends’ name and email. This information will be used on generating statistics to improve our service, such as customizing advertisement for users. The statistics generated will only be on summary basis about the collective behavior of our customers. We may also provide these statistics gathered to stakeholders like advertisers, sponsors, investors and other companies with a business relationship with us. The statistics does not contain any personally identifiable information about any individual user.

Besides howdycard.com will collect visitors’ access through cookies technology and IP address. The usage of such information will be stated below.

B. Policy regarding usage of cookies

howdycard.com may set and access cookies on your computer. howdycard.com includes the sender's IP Address in the source of each HowdyCard that is created at the website. This is available to the HowdyCard recipient and anyone else who has access to the recipient's HowdyCard. This limits your ability to communicate anonymously using HowdyCard. HowdyCard are not intended for anonymous communications, and such activity is expressly prohibited by our Terms of Use.

D. Privacy of HowdyCard Information

If you use our web site to send a HowdyCard or any other content, we collect your e-mail address and your recipients' e-mail addresses. This information is necessary to send the content and provide confirmation that it has been received. We will not use your recipients' e-mail addresses for any purpose other than to send the HowdyCard. We may use your e-mail address to contact you if you have chosen to receive communications from us.

We treat all of our HowdyCard products as private correspondence between the sender and the recipient and will not disclose the contents of any HowdyCard other than to the intended recipient, except under the specific situations outlined in Disclosure Exceptions, below.

This policy applies to all aspects of our HowdyCard, including your personalized messages and attached photos, graphics or other content. Under normal circumstances, we will not monitor or edit the contents of the online HowdyCard you send. However, we may need to view your message in connection with the technical processing of the system.

Any information given to us shall be stored and managed with our best possible care, and will not be used in any ways without users consented. We will not sell, rent or exchange such personally identifiable information to any other organization or entities, unless the user is first notified and expressly agrees to such action.
