1.What is a “HowdyCard”?

HowdyCard – unique 3D Ecard for you!
HowdyCard enable users to create special ecards to friends, family or loved ones. With HowdyCard designer, users can use our 3D components to customize an ecard any way they want. Join us and send your greeting in special days!

2.How can I make a “HowdyCard”?

Use the HowdyCard design tool in “Design” page. You can put any 3D models into the HowdyCard, add animations, effects(like snowing) and a background. Finally write a message for each 3D model, then your HowdyCard will be finished.

3.I can’t view any HowdyCard. What is the problem?

Our Website requires Flash Player 9.0 or later. You can get a free, quick and easy update of your Flash player here:

4.There are too few 3D models I need. How can I get more?

You can make your own 3D model and upload them later. Our team work hard to implement this function and it is comming soon.

5.Why do I need to register as a member?

After becoming a member, you can:
- Save your HowdyCard in Profile for future use where you can resend them and edit them.
- Send your HowdyCard to 5 receivers at one time.
- Upload your own 3D model.
- Check the send record.
- Use date reminder function.

6.How can I send an HowdyCard?

1. Create a new HowdyCard.
2. Edit an existing HowdyCard
3. Use an existing HowdyCard

After publishing the HowdyCard, input the receiver information, send date with time zone. The system will then send the HowdyCard to receiver according to send date and time zone. If the send date is today (GMT+8), the HowdyCard will be sent immediately.

7.Do I need to pay for this service?

Everything is free up to the moment.

8.How can I know if my recipients get my HowdyCard?

You may visit our website, login and go to Membership->Send Record. You may check all your sent records here. However, visitor can not use this function because of security concern.

9.My recipient did not receive the HowdyCard. What can I do?

We've worked hard to be whitelisted by email providers like Yahoo, Gmail, Windows Live but individuals or their companies sometimes have filters that prevent emails from reaching them.  You can do any of the following:
- Make sure you used the correct email address
- Ask your recipient to check his/her junk folder; ask her to allow email from our domain (howdycard.com)- we have a strict anti-spam policy and will not solicit your recipients
- Resend the HowdyCard to a different email address using our 'resend HowdyCard' or 'resend gift HowdyCard' links
- Send the HowdyCard to yourself if you know your recipient accepts email from you!  How? Send the HowdyCard to yourself, then forward the link to your recipient


10.I want to send the HowdyCard in my own email marketing program. Can I do that?

Yes! Simply email the HowdyCard to yourself, copy the link and paste it into your own email!You don't need to ask howdycard.com to get a permission.

11.Can I view an HowdyCard on other mobile devices or platforms?

User can check and create their HowdyCard through their personal computer. Our development team works hard to connect the application with other platforms. User may check and create their HowdyCard through other platforms in the coming future.
